1、Verification?of?the?inventory?and?the?statement?of?account?with?Department?Stores
????專柜庫存盤點及商場對賬單的核對
2、?Verification?of?cost?and?reimbursement
分公司費用的初審以及報銷
3、Responsible?for?sales?statistics,?preparing?sales?report?and?verification?of?the?sales?promotion?gifts
銷售數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計、銷售報表的編制及促銷活動后贈品的審核
4、Office?supplies?management
辦公用品的采購及發(fā)放
5、Management?of?HR?relevant??issues?including?attendance,?social?insurance,?employment?contract?etc.
????處理人事日常管理工作,負責(zé)請假、考勤及促銷員的保險及合同的管理
6、Book?Air?ticket、Hotel?and?arrange?office?meeting
????預(yù)訂酒店、機票及分公司會議的安排
7、Management?of?office?work?attendance
????分公司考勤管理

Qualification?and?Requirements
任職要求:
1、 Above?college?degree
大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷
2、 Admin?management?exposure,?valid?accounting?certification?will?be?a?plus
?有行政管理工作經(jīng)驗,持有會計證更佳
3、?Willing?to?meet?challenge,?problem-solve?ability?independently,?conscientious
