2、???Provide?the?preliminary?DFX?report?for?customer?and?list?out?potential?risk?evaluation?for?both?embest?and?customer?for?new?project?during?RFQ?stage.
3、???Design?and?provide?the?best?panel?design?for?procurement?in?RFQ?stage,?which?is?comply?with?PCB?best?utilization?and?CEM?machine?configuration.
4、???Review?and?archive?all?the?customer?file?for?new?project,?transfer?the?customer?or?R&D?requirement?to?an?embest?fabrication?requirement?file?to?CEM
5、???Specify?and?evaluate?the?process?parameters?and?materials?used?in?new?project
6、???According?to?product?process?flow,?design,?prepare?and?evaluate?tooling?and?fixture?that?should?be?used?in?line,?especially?for?stencil,?pallet?and?depanel?fixture.
7、???Follow?up?the?product?prototype?building,?monitor?line?efficiency?to?ensure?compliance?with?quote?targets?for?machine?output?and?headcount?requirements
8、???Evaluate?the?machine?capability?of?the?CEM,?determine?whether?the?machine?is?suitable?for?embest’s?product?both?in?quality?and?cost?concerns.
9、???Specify?the?process?parameters?and?materials,?such?as?reflow?and?wave?soldering?machine?settings,?and?the?solder?pastes?and?fluxes?to?be?used.
10、?Provide?expertise?line?support,?the?problem?solving?efforts?can?achieve?high?levels?of?continuous?improvement
11、?Maintain?contact?with?R&D?and?CEM?to?ensure?good?awareness?and?understanding?of?the?new?technologies
