職位要求：
1. Science?or?engineering?Bachelor?degree?,?or?higher.?理工科本科或以上學歷。
2. Familiar?with?the?production?process?of?electronic?products,?additional?experience?of?injection?products?or?motor?products?is?a?plus.?熟悉電子產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)過程,?額外了解注塑或馬達生產(chǎn)工藝的優(yōu)先錄用。
3. Familiar?with?normal?test?equipment/tools?and?electrical?and?mechanical?measurement?methods.?熟悉常用電子和機械測量工具和測量方法。
4. Minimum?3?years?PQE?experience?or?equivalent.?至少3年的線上質量工程師經(jīng)驗或同等工作經(jīng)歷。
5. Good?written?and?reading?English,?CET4?or?better.英文讀寫熟練，?達到CET4級或以上。
6. Understanding?of?basic?statistical?knowledge,?skilful?working?on?table?and?chart.?掌握基本的統(tǒng)計知識?,?熟練處理表格和圖表。?
7. Well?understanding?of?ISO?9001?and?TS?16949?management?system,??internal?audit?certified.??對ISO?9001?和?TS16949?體系有很好的理解，有內審資格證。
8. Familiar?with?normal?quality?control?and?improvement?tools,?e.g.?QC?7tools,?SPC,?8D,?5WHY,?process?mapping,?control?plan,?inspection?plan,?sampling?skills?etc.?熟悉質量控制和質量改善的常用工具，?例如：?QC?七大手法，控制圖，8D,?5WHY,?過程圖，控制計劃，抽樣技巧等等。
