Establishes?yearly?distributor?development?plan?with?distributors?and?follow?up?their?performance?during?the?year,?including?provision?of?necessary?support?to?ensure?distributors?business?and?competence?growth;
Sources?qualified?distributors?in?responsible?regions?to?support?the?regional?distribution?network?development;
Job?Requirements:
Degree?in?mechanical?engineering?or?equivalent;
Well?versed?in?sales?and?commercial?practices;
Technical?knowledge?of?mechanical?or?bearing?application?and?manufacturing?process?in?machine?tool?segments;
Good?planning,?coordination,?communication,?interpersonal?and?problem?solving?skills;
Good?command?of?both?written?and?spoken?English?and?Mandarin;
At?least?3?years?in?industrial?market?working?experience;
Project?management?experience;
Sales?and?marketing?experience;
Technical?and?/?or?application?engineering?experience;
Manufacturing?environment?experience;
