1.Provide?excellent?customer?service/support。

3、處理客戶訂單/訂單變更事宜,與客戶溝通相關(guān)信息。
4.Re-promise?orders?when?unplanned?downtime?occurs,?insufficient?material?is?available?or?when?it?is?necessary?to?reschedule?orders?and/or?change?production?to?satisfy?customer?needs.
4.當(dāng)發(fā)生計劃外停機,生產(chǎn)物料不足或確有需要更改訂單和改變生產(chǎn)以滿足客戶的需求時,重新給客戶承諾訂單。
5.Collect,?document?and?consolidate?customer?feedbacks/complaints?according?to?defined?procedures/system.?Initiate?coordination?with?the?relevant?personnel?such?as?sales,?engineering,?warehouse?and?fi***ce?to?solve?problems?and?to?ensure?the?necessary?corrective?actions?taken?in?accordance?with?serving?standards.?Support?any?unmet?customer?needs。
5、根據(jù)規(guī)定的程序/系統(tǒng),收集、整理和加強客戶反饋/投訴管理。積極協(xié)調(diào)銷售、工程、倉庫和財務(wù)等相關(guān)人員解決相關(guān)問題,確保按照服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)采取必要的糾正措施。盡可能滿足客戶要求。
6.Arrange?delivery?schedules?based?on?customers’?delivery?requirements?and?electronically?process?delivery?orders.?Track?feedback?from?transportation?or?warehousing?service?providers/?suppliers/?carriers/logistics?etc.?to?ensure?timely?order?delivery.?Communicate?timely?with?customers?on?delivery?status.
6、根據(jù)客戶的交貨要求和電子發(fā)貨訂單安排發(fā)貨計劃。跟蹤運輸或倉儲服務(wù)供應(yīng)商、物流公司等的反饋以確保及時交貨,及時與客戶溝通交貨狀況。
7.Be?in?charge?of?the?system?mainte***ce?designated?by?customers。
負責(zé)客戶訂單系統(tǒng)維護。
8.Sample?requests?management?if?needed。
如有必要參與對樣品需求的管理。
Qualifications任職資格:

豐富的進/出口,國際貿(mào)易等方面的知識和經(jīng)驗。

4.Excellent?negotiation?and?problem?solving?skills.
優(yōu)秀的談判技巧和解決問題的能力。
5.ERP?system?knowledge?and?experience?is?a?plus
會ERP系統(tǒng)操作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
6.Bachelor/University?degree?in?International?Trade?Studies?or?similar?discipline?or?equivalent?experience.
大專/本科學(xué)歷,國際貿(mào)易專業(yè)或其他相關(guān)專業(yè)。
7.3-year?experience?of?customer?service?representative,?especially?on?import?&?export.
3年以上客服代表工作經(jīng)驗,尤其是在進出口業(yè)務(wù)方面。
