The?key?responsibilities?as?below：
主要職責(zé)如下：
a. Maintain?and?implement?the?EHS?management?system?in?site?operation?;?involved?into?the?establishment?or?optimization?of?the?current?system.
維護(hù)和執(zhí)行公司的EHS管理體系;?參與EHS管理文件的編寫及更新等。
b. Take?the?leading?of?periodical?EHS?inspection?in?site?;?Establish?the?corrective?action?on?any?key?deviation?with?the?validation?afterwards.
落實(shí)廠區(qū)內(nèi)EHS的檢查工作,?對(duì)各類隱患制定改進(jìn)計(jì)劃,?督促整改及整改后的驗(yàn)證。
c. In?charge?of?EHS?training?activities,?whatever?WuXi?Apptech?employees?or?contractor?.
新老員工、外部服務(wù)人員的EHS培訓(xùn)管理工作;
d. Fulfill?the?identification?of?high?risk?activities、key?environmental?factor?and?occupational?factor?according?to?operation?scope.??Also?set?up?the?managerial?procedure?as?per?the?relevant?law?or?regulation?to?monitor?the?daily?operation
依據(jù)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)的特點(diǎn),對(duì)重大危險(xiǎn)活動(dòng)\重大環(huán)境因素\重大職業(yè)衛(wèi)生因素的識(shí)別與更新,?并依據(jù)法律法規(guī),建立相應(yīng)的管理措施,?并負(fù)責(zé)落實(shí)；
e. Responsible?for?the?overall?management?on?special?equipment,?Dangerous?goods?or?waste,?high?risk?activity?and?so?on,?including?operational?procedure?and?implementation?monitoring.
對(duì)特種設(shè)備、危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品、高危作業(yè)等，?建立管理制度,并落實(shí)監(jiān)管;
f. Take?the?lead?of?the?investigation?of?any?EHS?accident?,?as?well?as?the?action?plan?implementation?in?order?for?continuous?improvement.
負(fù)責(zé)各類EHS事件（故）的調(diào)查、分析、處理,?以及督促改進(jìn).
g. In?charge?of?the?audit?activities,?whatever?internal?or?external
負(fù)責(zé)內(nèi)部、外部相關(guān)方審核的管理工作;
h. Coach?and?train?the?Admin.?Team?to?meet?with?the?requirement?of?assigned?job.
指導(dǎo)和培訓(xùn)下屬，有效完成分配的工作；
J.?Fulfill?the?other?job?assigned?by?the?direct?supervisor.
完成上級(jí)主管分配的工作。
崗位要求：
1. BS.?degree?in?safety?or?environmental?protection?or?other?directly-related?engineering?science?with?8?years’?experience?in?EHS?position?at?least.?It?is?a?plus?if?3?years’?managerial?role?could?be?demonstrated.
安全、環(huán)境保護(hù)等相關(guān)工程專業(yè)學(xué)歷，在EHS工作崗位上，?至少有8年以上實(shí)際工作經(jīng)驗(yàn).?如果有3年以上的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，更佳。
2. Familiar?with?the?relevant?rule?or?policy?in?EHS?managerial?field;?have?owned?the?experience?of?ISO?14001?&?18001?installation?in?the?past?career.
熟悉國(guó)家相關(guān)的EHS法規(guī);有工廠建立ISO14001&OHSAS18001體系及維護(hù)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3. Be?expected?to?have?the?problem?solving?ability;?Must?be?able?to?work?in?a?team-oriented?manner?in?order?to?accomplish?performance?objectives
具備解決問題的能力,?能夠獨(dú)立的完成分配的工作；以及為實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)達(dá)成，?具備團(tuán)隊(duì)組織能力，和結(jié)果導(dǎo)向的工作風(fēng)格。
4. Have?qualified?as?the?registered?safety?engineering?in?local?authority
持有注冊(cè)安全工程師證書。
5．Good?English?Capability?to?meet?with?the?requirement?of?daily?job
良好的英語(yǔ)讀寫能力，滿足工作要求。
