二、培養(yǎng)方式
體系培養(yǎng)。根據(jù)資質(zhì)、背景、潛力確定發(fā)展方向。
1.第一階段：了解辦公空間運(yùn)營(yíng)行業(yè)、公司發(fā)展、企業(yè)文化、制度流程。
2.第二階段：了解項(xiàng)目公司業(yè)務(wù)流程，基層鍛煉學(xué)習(xí)，能勝任基本工作。
3.第三階段：更全面掌控項(xiàng)目公司運(yùn)作情況，深入發(fā)展個(gè)人能力，確定發(fā)展方向。
4.第四階段：協(xié)助負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目運(yùn)營(yíng)，參與機(jī)構(gòu)及部門管理，具備一定的管理能力。
