2.?ESSENTIAL?FUNCTIONS?AND?RESPONSIBILITIES?
*?Leads/manages?the?treating?and?lamination?process?Engineers?with?emphasis?on?continuing?to?improve?process?output?results?robust,?stable?and?high?quality.?
*?Participates?in?the?global?engineering?formulation?of?TRP?to?support?the?company’s?goals.?
*?Set?the?measurable?goals?and?Lead?the?Subcon?factories?process?validation?and?evaluation?to?meet?company’s?requirement.?
*?Defines?and?implements?short?and?long?term?projects?to?beat?process?performances?and?customer?requirements.?
*?Lead?Process?validation?audit?and?challenge?the?existing?process,?controls,?flow?and?materials?to?identify?the?weakness?or?concern?of?process?area?and?provide?the?solution?to?improve?the?process?together?with?suppliers.?
*?To?Manage?and?guide?Process?Engineering?team?to?handle?customer?quality?issue,?define?the?root?cause,?set?immediate?actions?and?long?term?systemic?solution?to?fix?the?weakness?of?process.?
*?Manage?the?transfer?leader?to?define?the?project?details?including?overall?schedule,?roles?and?functions,?predictable?view?and?update.?
*?Develops?team?with?problem?solving?skills?and?continuous?improvement?competence?to?deliver?outstanding?process?performances.?

3.?QUALIFICATION?–??EDUCATION,??EXPERIENCE?AND/OR?LICENSING?
*?Have?a?Bachelor?degree?and?above?major?in?chemical?engineering?including?polymer?materials,?chemical?machinery,?chemical?and?other?related.??
*?With?5+?years?total?operational?management?experience?preferably?with?Chemical/CCL/PCB?
*?Successful?and?solid?process?improvement?management?experience?and?background.?
*?Lean?six?sigma?black?belt?will?be?a?plus.?

*?Familiar?with?SAP?system?
*?Familiar?with?ISO?and?TS?16949?quality?system?
