【崗位職責(zé)】1.?Responsible?for?ER,?i.e?the?employee?on-board?and?resignation?processing,?foreign?staff?management?etc.負(fù)責(zé)公司員工關(guān)系管理如入離職流程,外籍員工管理等;2.?Acting?the?role?of?HRBP.??開展HRBP工作;3.?Assist?HRM?for?HR?and?related?management?system?running?and?audit.協(xié)助人力資源經(jīng)理進(jìn)行HR系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行維護(hù)及相關(guān)管理體系的審核;4.?Coordinating?the?organization?of?employee?activities.?協(xié)助組織員工活動;5.?Other?task?if?needed.?其他工作任務(wù)?!緧徫灰蟆?.?Good?command?of?English?both?in?speaking?and?writing?and?good?learning?skills.良好的英語聽說讀寫能力;2.?At?least?1-3?years?HR?working?experience?be?experienced?at?ER?or?worked?as?HRBP?before.1-3年人力資源工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉員工關(guān)系管理或擔(dān)任過HRBP崗位的可優(yōu)先考慮;3.?Be?good?at?communication?and?coordinating?skills.?良好的溝通及協(xié)調(diào)能力;4.?Familiar?with?the?labor?law?and?related?regulations.熟悉勞動法等相關(guān)的人力資源法律法規(guī);5.?Good?occupational?ethic.良好的職業(yè)道德
