5,?Prepare?regular?updates?and?reports?of?III-V?power?device?development?status.
6,?Intellectual?property?investigation?and?protection.
Job?requirements
1,?Master?level?or?higher?education?in?engineering?or?physical?sciences?preferred.
2,?Prior?experience?with?semiconductor?fabrication?is?desired.
3,?Familiar?with?III-V?power?device?physics?is?preferred.
4,?Familiar?with?III-V?power?device?manufacturing?is?preferred.
5,?Familiar?with?semiconductor?device?process?development?is?preferred.
