工作職責(zé)Responsibilities
1、客戶(經(jīng)銷商和終端客戶)的開發(fā)、管理、維護(hù),與經(jīng)銷商及銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)保持良好溝通與合作

2、對(duì)所負(fù)責(zé)的品牌有銷售計(jì)劃和活動(dòng)計(jì)劃,各項(xiàng)促銷活動(dòng)的提案、組織及協(xié)調(diào)、安排
Prepare?sales?plan?and?marketing?plan?for?targeted?brand,?proposals,?organization?and?coordination?of?various?promotional?activities
3、確保區(qū)域內(nèi)銷售，鋪貨及促銷活動(dòng)的進(jìn)行；
Conduct?promotional?activities?within?the?distribution?channel?for?the?area.
4、制定銷售指標(biāo)，并按時(shí)上交銷售計(jì)劃及銷售總結(jié)；及時(shí)掌握終端客戶的銷售狀況及經(jīng)銷商的分銷數(shù)據(jù)
Draw?up?sales?target?and?hand?in?sales?plan?and?sales?summary?on?time.?Analyze?the?sales?data?of?customers?and?distributors'?on?time.
5、團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)部的協(xié)調(diào)與管理；
Coordination?and?management?within?the?team
6、制定所轄區(qū)域內(nèi)年度、季度、月度銷售計(jì)劃并逐一落實(shí)、總結(jié)匯報(bào)；
Formulate?the?annual,?quarterly?and?monthly?sales?plans?of?the?region,?and?to?implement?the?strategy?and?to?report?on?time;
7、收集與分析競(jìng)品銷售信息，并對(duì)市場(chǎng)情況及時(shí)反饋；各品牌促銷活動(dòng)的收集與匯總，以備提案參考
Collect?and?analyze?competitor's?sales?information?and?timely?feedback?to?market?situation.?Provie?promotion?report?and?collect?data?for?each?brand
8、制定所轄區(qū)域內(nèi)促銷、推廣等活動(dòng)方案，并協(xié)調(diào)公司相關(guān)部門組織實(shí)施，挖掘潛在客戶，提升品牌銷量；

9、制定全年新客戶開發(fā)的計(jì)劃和執(zhí)行/結(jié)果回報(bào)給上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)；制定每個(gè)節(jié)日活動(dòng)和日?；顒?dòng)計(jì)劃針對(duì)性的方案,并執(zhí)行/結(jié)果回報(bào)給上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)；

11、明確業(yè)務(wù)員客戶開發(fā)的方向(如渠道,指標(biāo),活動(dòng),客戶維護(hù)；

12、確保維修員日常工作的安排,避免生啤發(fā)生不必要的質(zhì)量問題；

13、監(jiān)控收款員每月安排對(duì)帳計(jì)劃執(zhí)行狀況；

14、直接管理公司超A類客戶,合理安排管理銷售人員工作時(shí)間、提高工作效率,飽和工作.

Main?Skills職位要求
1、 ?？萍耙陨蠈W(xué)歷；
College?degree?or?above
2、3年或以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)（啤酒、冷凍、咖啡等銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先）；
????3?years?or?above?relevant?working?experience?(beer,?frozen,?coffee?and?other?sales?experience?are?preferred)
3、良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力及敏銳的市場(chǎng)洞察力；

4、英文基礎(chǔ)良好；
