The?Production?manager’s?missions?will?be:
??Management?of?5?production?lines?including?5?leaders?and?at?least?20?operators
??Lead?continuous?improvement?in?all?production?lines?to?reach?the?company?quality?and?productivity?standards?using?KPIs?to?measure?efficiency
??Daily?follow?up?the?planning?defined?by?Operations?Manager?and?report?updates
??Interact?with?Project,?Human?Resources,?and?Purchasing?departments?to?ensure?customer?satisfaction?on?quality?and?lead?times
His/her?responsibilities?will?be:
