This?role?is?responsible?for?leading?the?Talent??Management?team?focused?on?HR?operations?in?all?of?Asia?Pacific,?including??China,?Japan,?Korea,?Taiwan?and?Singapore.????One?of?the?key?priorities?for?the?person?in??this?role?will?be?to?collaborate?with?HR?colleagues?and?business?leaders,?in?identifying?and??effectively?addressing?the?human?resources?implications?of?changes?in?policies??and?practices?that?occur?within?the?business.??????The??primary?responsibilities?of?this?position?are?as?follows:????·??????????Partner?with?the?Managing?Directors?and??management?teams?as?business?partner?and?human?resource?leader????·??????????Help?the?business?ensure?there?is?a??continuing?talent?pool?of?skills?and?leadership?available?to?drive?the??business.??This?will?include?providing?direction?and?leadership?in??succession?planning,?training,?talent?development,?and?performance?management.????·??????????Coach?and?develop?high?performing?regional??HR?leadership?and?staff,?and?support?them?in?driving?effective?recruiting?and??retention?strategies?and?other?HR?initiatives?focused?on?meeting?human?capital??needs.??Able?to?lead,?set?strategic/task?direction,??facilitate?employee?growth?and?development?(technically?and??performance-related),?provide?effective?one-on-one?coaching?and?mentoring,??effectively?manage?conflict?and?confrontation?situations.?This?position?has?a?team??of?6?with?3?direct?reports.????·??????????Ensure?company?values?and?principles?are??sustained?and?take?a?lead?role?in?fostering?a?work?environment?that?is?focused??on?building?trusted?partnerships,?innovation,?globalization,?talent??development,?diversity?and?inclusion?and?operational?excellence.????·??????????Create?organizational?capacity?for?change,??leading?and?sponsoring?programs?that?promote?organizational?flexibility?and??effectiveness.?????·??????????Maximize?the?value?of?people?by?providing??delivery?of?high-quality?HR?services,?employee?relations?processes,?and??compliance?with?legal?requirements.????·??????????Work?collaboratively?with?HR?team,?both??corporate?and?regional,?to?provide?guidance,?leadership?and?support?for?all?HR??activities?including?organizational?effectiveness,?employment,?organizational??development/training,?compensation,?benefits,?policy?development,?strategic?direction,??performance?management,?communications,?employee?relations,?diversity?and??inclusion,?community?relations,?etc.?????·??????????Strong??leadership,?managerial,?planning,?prioritizing?and?goal?setting?skills??required.????·??????????Excellent??oral?and?written?communication?skills?(English).????·??????????Strong??cultural?sensitivity?to?manage?relationships?with?people?from?diverse?cultures.??Ability?to?be?effective?in?working?within?Korean,?Chinese,?Taiwanese,??Singaporean,?and?Japanese?cultures.?Ability?to?speak?at?least?one?of?the?above??languages?fluently?desired.????·??????????Able?to??influence?and?develop?solid?working?relationships?cross?functionally?and??globally.?????????Experience:????o????Minimum?10?years’?experience?of?Human?Resources??experience?with?an?in-depth?knowledge?of?all?facets?of?Human?Resources?and?a??minimum?of?5?years?of?Human?Resources?management?experience.????o????Previous?experience?in?managing?an?Asia?Pacific?HR?team??preferably?in?China,?Japan,?Korea,?Taiwan,?and?Singapore?with?understanding?of??labor?laws?associated?with?each?country.????o????Experience?working?in?a?multinational?US?corporation,?a??strategic?thought?leader?for?HR?operational?and?organizational?excellence;??global?mind?set?and?cultural?awareness.????o????Demonstrated?experience?implementing?HR?technology??solutions????o????Excellent?interpersonal?communication?skills?(written,??verbal,?listening,?coaching,?and?facilitation)????o????Competent?communication?skills?with?all?levels?of?an??organization,?including?senior?management?team.????o????Bachelor’s?degree?with?an?emphasis?in?Human?Resources?or??a?related?field.
