2. Actively?source?and?review?applications?and?resumes;?forward?applicable?resumes?to?appropriate?manager,?conduct?pre-screenings?and?interviews?within?applicable?local?laws?and?regulations.
3. Maintain?applicant?files,?appropriate?records,?and?statistics.
4. Set?up?and?maintain?a?sufficient?candidate?database?and?talent?pool,?submit?recruiting?report?periodically,?and?keep?a?good?and?appropriate?contact?with?all?candidates?including?both?qualified?and?unqualified?candidates.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's?degree?in?business,?organizational?development?or?HR?Field?equivalent?preferred.
2. Excellent?knowledge?of?recruiting?techniques.
3. Excellent?communication,?time?management,?organization?and?interpersonal?skills.
4. Good?command?of?English.
5. Technical?proficiency?in?Excel,?Word?and?PowerPoint.
