The?idea?was?born?when?they?found?that?current?‘mystery?shop’?companies?were?providing?only?limited?mystery?shop?services?in?local?areas.?The?Bares?wanted?to?set?up?a?company?that?would?make?consistent?services?available?at?a?national?level.?Originally?called?“Restaurant?&?Hotel?Services”?(RHS),?the?company’s?base?was?in?the?hospitality?industry.?For?many?years,?Restaurant?and?Hotel?Services?provided?Mystery?Shop?Guests?and?Integrity?Audits?to?hotel?and?restaurant?chains?across?the?USA.
In?1999,?RHS?became?Bare?Associates?International,?based?upon?the?addition?of?an?overseas?office?in?Antwerp,?Belgium.?Since?then,?BARE?has?grown?in?the?global?marketplace.?Officesa?re?also?located?in?Budapest,?Hungary;?Mumbai,?India;?Shanghai,?China;?Sao?Paulo,?Brazil;?Santiago,?Chile?and?Singapore.
